Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Exeter Pynes Hill Office (Hybrid working)
Salary: £25,000 per annum.

They publish across art, craft, wellbeing and transport categories. They are the current IPG Specialist Consumer Publisher of the Year. The Role
They are looking for a Special Sales & Trade Marketing Executive to join their busy commercial team and support the trade sales and marketing of their award-winning books.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating sales materials, catalogues and presentations.
- Managing CRM software and other systems
- Researching and developing special sales opportunities
- Supporting sales conferences and events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Creation of digital sales and marketing materials, catalogues and materials for sales conferences.
- Supporting the sales teams with CRM management and email marketing.
- Maintaining a Trade Marketing calendar with a view to updating customers on upcoming events to link in with retail promotions.
- Liaising with Key Accounts on marketing plans supported by Head of UK Sales.
- Oversee the administration, creation of graphics, materials and liaison with 3rd parties on trade show stand plans and material needs.
- Attendance at shows, to include overnight travel, meeting customers and providing general support.
- Provide support to the sales teams
- Updating customer websites such as Amazon, Bookshop.org
- Supporting new account development opportunities, sometimes acting as the lead contact for new account business.
- Liaison with 3rd party client publishers.
- Liaison with authors on specific trade sales opportunities.
- Providing general research and marketing support to the team as required.
