Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support and small group sessions for SEN students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for our students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to inspire others.
