We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Spanish Teacher to join a secondary school based near Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Spanish lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4. This role is to start ASAP until July 2024.
Your new role
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Use a range of teaching methods and resources to support student learning and engagement.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/carers.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience of teaching Spanish to students in a secondary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
