Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for Secondary School Spanish.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress accurately.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant classroom environment.
• Get involved in the school's extracurricular activities and events.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in teaching and pastoral roles to support students academically and personally.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of students and their families.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
• Ability to teach Spanish to KS3 and KS4 level
• Proven Experience as a MFL Teacher with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
• A Passion and commitment to going above and beyond to help students excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to continuous professional growth and development.
