Spa Reception Manager - 5-Star Hotel

One of the world's most prestigious 5-star luxury hotels are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead the Hotels Spa Reception, Sales and Reservations team in Knightsbridge, London, SW7.

Role Overview

As the Hotel's Spa & Wellness Manager, you'll oversee the continuous development and delivery of exceptional guest service, including managing the Spa Reception, Sales & Reservation team. A key focus of this role will be on training, guiding, and mentoring colleagues to deliver the highest standards while driving revenue through effective scheduling, yield management, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver outstanding guest service in Spa Sales & Reservations and fitness areas.
• Train, guide, and mentor colleagues in each department.
• Drive revenue through effective scheduling, yield management, and sales strategies.
• Oversee Spa Reception Team personnel management.
• Manage and maintain an effective retail and guest supplies stock control system.
• Oversee spa group bookings and VIP guests in conjunction with the Treatments Manager.

Desirable Experience:

• The ideal candidate will possess operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise in a luxury spa management role ideally in a 5 Star Hotel environment.
• A relevant NVQ or professional qualification would be beneficial (not essential) but your technical skills and flexibility will be crucial.
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury service environment, coupled with an excellent understanding of 5-star hospitality industry standards, is essential.
• Immaculate presentation and impeccable customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to effortlessly engage with guests.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a second language would be advantageous.
