What's involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a large team of Chefs. Must be comfortable cooking with fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food. Previous restaurant/Gastro Pub would be an advantage and ideally have experience in Rosette establishment or cooking to that level.
