Sous Chef Requirements:

  • 3 years of kitchen experience
  • Currently in a Junior Sous or Chef de Partie position, eager to advance
  • Willingness to cover holidays, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team
  • Creativity to contribute to our weekly specials and innovate our menus
  • Availability for a 4-day workweek, Wednesday to Saturday
  • Starting salary of £25,000, with potential for growth based on experience, plus a share of tips

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Manage stock ordering and control, ensuring freshness and efficiency
  • Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards to the highest degree
  • Thrive under pressure, following instructions and delivering consistently high-quality menu items
