If so, we are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join the team of an award  winning company situated in Hay-on-Wye

Due to the location you will need to be a driver.

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef or CDP looking for their next step up  to join a team of 3/4  prepare and deliver signature rustic and traditional food within their restaurant delivery a la carte, Sunday lunch and event menus

Within the role you will work circa 40 hours a week, can flex on shifts

The ideal  Sous Chef will have

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or CDP
• Polite and professional
• Experience – Chef 1 year +
• Keen to join a team that prides themselves in using local produce
• Works well in a team environment
