Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and refine seasonal menus that showcase the finest ingredients.
• Oversee kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage.
• Bring creativity to the kitchen by experimenting with flavours and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Culinary training or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a rosette-awarded establishment.
• Strong cooking skills across various cuisines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and a genuine passion for food.
