Potential package of nearly £40k! This is an established independent successful gastro pub with rooms looking for a Sous Chef to join a stable team with tons of perks. This is independent so no head office – no area managers – no spec sheets with a hands off owner.

  • 40 hours @ £13ph - £15ph (£27k - £31k)
  • Tips average at £1.20ph
  • Overtime paid at the rate of £13ph - £15ph
  • GP% Bonus £1k - £2k.
  • Straight shifts
  • No more than 45 hours per week – even at XMAS
  • 8 bespoke bedrooms
  • Fully staffed (apart from a Sous Chef)
  • Fresh food, 100% input into all menus
