Are you a dedicated, experienced, and passionate hospitality professional with a flair for delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in a luxury Manor House environment

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide exemplary, personalized service to guests within a luxury dining setting

Assist in the coordination of the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences

Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service delivery

Knowledgeably present menus, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail

**Requirements:**

Previous experience as a Wine Waiter or a similar front-of-house role in a luxury dining environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for delivering outstanding and personalized service

Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, with the ability to confidently guide guests through their dining experience

Impeccable presentation and grooming standards
