TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a reputable and growing law firm committed to providing excellent legal services. We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced team. The role is based from any of the Gloucestershire offices, with remote working opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a broad range of Wills & Probate matters, demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Handle matters related to lasting powers of attorney and probate.
  • Actively contribute to the local business development and growth of the firm's reach.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced and technically proficient Solicitor/Lawyer in Wills & Probate matters.
  • Demonstrable skills and knowledge in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate.
  • Strong interest in developing business locally and contributing to the growth of the firm.
  • Proficient in using data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and courtesy.
