One of Exeter's leading law firms is now recruiting for an Employment Lawyer to work with their highly regarded team, working on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The successful candidate will be joining a team who is undergoing a substantial growth plan and will be responsible for enhancing and growing the current client offering. This role offers an attractive salary and benefits package and is being offered with hybrid working. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an employment department, ideally with circa 1-5 PQE. This firm leads the way with their forward-thinking and innovative approach to their systems, technology and work-life balance. They are one of Exeter's leading firms and have a national presence, providing a platform for their employees to continuously grow and develop their skills. Candidates may also have the option of working from one of their other local offices from time to time, although this team is based in Exeter and so there's a preference to have some presence in this office.

Skills and experience sought:

  • A lawyer with previous employment experience, ideally within both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • 1-5 years PQE desired
  • Experience in developing client relationships within the employment market
  • A dynamic and highly credible approach
