Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: North Yorkshire

Salary / Pay Rate: £60,000

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and closing sales.
  • Responsible for decision on product and service lines based on commercial and market conditions.
  • Seeking new sales opportunities through outreach activity. Self-lead generation activities to include; networking, referral generation, introductions, social media outreach, linked in and/or sales navigator activity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and target customers.
  • Maintaining appropriate activity levels to achieve and surpass agreed sales targets.
  • Develop ongoing, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within prospect organisations.

The Candidate

  • You will have experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Self-motivated. Able to drive self to achieve agreed targets
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • As the Business Development Manager, you will be results and targets driven.
  • You will have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, listen actively and communicate professionally.
  • Self-motivated. Able to drive self to achieve agreed targets.
