Job Title: Solar PV Operations Manager

Salary / Pay Rate: £45,000 - £60,000

The Role

• Main point of contact for stakeholder engagement from initial contact through to project completion.
• Provide deal flow and project milestone information to project funders as required.
• Resolve queries from internal and external customers and third parties within specified timescales through multiple communication channels.
• Line management responsibility, including allocating work, ensuring work is delivered on time and dealing with escalated matters in a timely manner.
• Client and company due diligence checks, technical review and reporting.

The Candidate

• Proven experience managing projects and operations for 3+ years with an electrical bias.
• An understanding of renewable energy systems including commercial Solar PV and Voltage Optimisation.
• Experience in procurement contacts and construction management will be beneficial.
• Problem-solving skills are essential. The Operations Manager will need a strong drive to deliver on time, on budget and to quality.
• Financial modelling experience is desired.

• £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
