Our client is a respected provider of education software to Primary and Secondary schools in the UK. A highly successful enterprise, they have grown their customer base eight fold since 2017 and are on course to expand that by another 30% this financial year. They now seek a suitable Software Sales Consultant to join a well-established team in adding more education clients to their portfolio.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will:

-promote the company's software to Head Teachers, CEOs, School Improvement Leads, Literacy Leads and Heads of English across a given geographic area
-canvass for business via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and Twitter
-self generate appointments
-deliver demos to school leaders both face-to-face and via Teams/Zoom
-train and support your clients

As Software Sales Consultant you will need:

-experience delivering a solution sell

-a passion for education

-a very good level of literacy

-the ability to build long-term relationships

-a driving licence (preferable)

Benefits & rewards:

-Basic salary of £30k
-Commission (realistic first year OTE of £45k)
-Quarterly bonuses
-Hybrid working after 6 months' service
-22 days holiday (increasing with service) + bank holidays
