The successful candidate will be charged with maintaining a manageable caseload and be required to complete assessments for the Children in Need team, including those in need of protection, children looked after, those subject to public care proceedings and, where directed by the Court, children subject to private law proceedings.
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive administrative team with an experienced forward thinking management team all looking to achieve a common goal to improve social situations of the service users within the Borough.

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification i.e. CQSW, DipSW or equivalent.
- Able to pass a clear enhanced DBS check
- Authority to work in the UK
Salary:
Social Worker / Senior Social Worker - £37,119 - £47,628 plus £1,500 market factor supplement per annum
