Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Providing ongoing support, advocacy, and counselling to children and their families.
• Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitoring and reviewing progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
• Advocating for children's rights and best interests at all times.

Requirements:

• Qualified social worker with relevant experience working with children and families.
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
