NonStop Care is currently working with a Outstanding Ofsted rated local authority England's southeast coast, who are seeking a Social Worker within the Family Support Team working with children up to age 11.

The team prioritises building relationships with families to reduce risks and support change over time. This includes direct work, assessments and complex care planning with children subject to child in need, child protection plans and legal proceedings. We achieve this by using skills honed by our renowned connected practice model, which underpins the work across our service.

Rated as outstanding by Ofsted, they are organised in locality teams, meaning no arguments about transition points. With a lower-than-average caseload, high levels of management support and comprehensive training, They offer social workers genuine professional satisfaction.
