Social Worker - Greenwich - Older Adults CMHT

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Older Adults CMHT based in Greenwich.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience of review work.
• Experience working with Older Adults with Mental Health needs
• Experience and knowledge of assessments, relevant legislation and utilising strengths based and person centred approaches.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
