Childrens Social Worker - Fostering Team - Outstanding OFSTED - £32.50p/hr

Our client is a reputable social care organisation located in North-East London, and they are looking for a talented Fostering social worker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Social Worker with good experience in fostering services.

As a Children Social Worker - Fostering, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, monitoring, and reviewing the needs of children who are in need of care and protection. You will be responsible for creating and implementing care plans, working with families, and making decisions about children's welfare.

You will be required to work closely with other professionals, such as health and education professionals. To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You should have experience in working with children and young adults in a professional capacity, ideally in Fostering. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with families and children. Additionally, you should have good organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills to be able to work efficiently and effectively.

They will also be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and will have experience in completing assessments, analytical reports, and developing SMART care plans.
