A Local Authority based in the South West is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Children's Services and are offering some of the best rates in order to attract experienced practitioners

• Excellent rate of up to £48/Hr
• Will be joining a busy team but will have the autonomy to manage your own diary and if you have good organisation skills you will be able to manage this well
• The post offers the opportunity to work from home or the office on a hybrid basis making this post more accessible if you are not based in the region.
• Accommodation support is also available with this post
• Although you will be expected to work autonomously you will be supported by the manager who is a long standing member of the team

This is an ideal opportunity for those candidates who prefer to work autonomously and have the organisational skills to manage their own diaries as you the post does offer a high degree of Independence. For those that are not based in the area you can benefit from the hybrid working model where you can arrange all visits across 1-2 days and complete the rest of the work from home saving you money and time, which you can spend doing things that you enjoy.

You will be joining a busy team, however if you are able to organise you diary well you shouldn't have any issues with the workload which would seem on par with other Local Authorities that you may have worked in.
