We are seeking fully-qualified, experienced Social Workers who are passionate about providing exceptional care to service users in need. Join our Community Mental Health specialist team where you will play a vital role in assessments, care planning, and service purchasing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload within relevant legislation, offering advice, interventions, and advocacy.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to support clients and carers effectively.
Requirements:
- Recognized social work qualification (CQSW, CSS, Dip SW).
- Ability to adapt to a changing organizational environment.
- Proficiency in IT packages such as Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English.
