Social Worker - Children's Locality - Hybrid Working

Requirements:

• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Extensive experience within Child Protection, Assessment, Section 47s and/or Section 7s
• Access to a vehicle

Our client is a local authority based in the Yorkshire area, looking for experienced Social Workers to join their busy Children's Locality Team. We need social workers who will be champions for the right decision for children can complete court work and creative plans and have a commitment and appetite to be part of a great team.

You will lead and coordinate multi-agency partnerships, plans, interventions, and meetings to ensure children and young people are safe and their holistic needs are being met. Also, you will support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes within their families and communities.

Social Workers within this service area can work flexibly between home and work to meet the needs of the service whilst recognising the benefits that a hybrid model of working can bring.
