Nonstop Care is currently working with a well established authority in the South- east, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their CAST team(Children assessment and safeguarding team)

Due to having such high staff retention, you will have the comfort of joining a team with experienced staff/ management helping you along the way .

They have achieved a Good Ofsted report which shows their good practice meaning you have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive change within your community

Responsibilities:

The CAST team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work to effect change and enable the families to build their resilience and wherever possible, remain together.

Requirements

The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum post qualified experience as a social worker, ideally within R&A AND/OR Child protection Experience.
