Social Value Manager

You'll Be Responsible For:

* Understand Social Value offering on specific projects and create an action plan to deliver then implement the plan
* Engage with local colleagues, schools and universities to deliver opportunities for apprenticeships on our sites
* Engage with local schools and colleges to source opportunities to provide work experience on our sites
* Develop training plans for work experience students on our sites
* Engage with all sub contractors on specific projects to make sure they understand their requirements in terms of social value specific to local employment targets, local spend, local employment opportunities
* Ensure all new jobs are advertised through the local job centres
* Understand and implement upskilling of labour and employees on specific projects
* Liaise with project leads to ensure that projects understand the social values commitment
* Report back to Snr Social Value Manager on project targets, achievements and actions plans

You'll Need To Have:
* Good understanding of the latest social value drivers, policies and delivery mechanisms.
* Knowledge of non-financial value reporting frameworks and economic valuation.
* You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships.
* Solid administration and IT skills - advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher.
* Construction or project management projects background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities the company has to offer.
