JOB TITLE: Social Value Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Permanent

LOCATION: Sussex - field based

SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Social Value Coordinator to join our client's team. Their organisation is committed to creating a better future by promoting social responsibility and fostering community engagement. As a Social Value Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving their social value strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social value programmes and projects that align with the client's mission and values
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and community partners to identify social value opportunities
  • Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of social value initiatives
  • Track and report on the progress and success of social value projects
  • Engage and communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of social value goals
  • Coordinate and participate in community events and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises in social value and community engagement

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of social value principles and practises
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Due to the travel across the Southern Counties you must be a car driver, with a valid licence
