£22,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Our market leading client are currently seeking an experienced Social Researcher (Quantitative) to join their team due to business growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an employment background or degree in socio-economic research/marketing research to join a forward-thinking and progressive business. A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in areas of social research and/or quantitative analysis with a strong willingness to learn and progress is required.

Key Duties:
- Conduct socio-economic research activities including face to face and virtual meetings/research interviews.
- Analysis and interpretation of data, effectively and accurately reporting the findings.
- Writing clear and informative reports based on data gained.
- To deliver informative and engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Qualitative and quantitative evaluation
- Conduct social return on investment (SROI) or cost-benefit analysis (CBA) for evaluations.
- Social policy research
- Strategy and planning
- Cost-benefit analysis
- 1-3 years of experience of working in the areas of social research and/or quantitative analysis is required.
- Have a keen interest in the development, implementation and impact of public policy.
- Be able to analyse and interpret data efficiently and accurately.
- Be able to write clear and informative reports.
- Have the potential to influence clients, generate income and write proposals.
- Be self-starting and motivated.
- Knowledge of policy development, service/project management and/or evaluation with a keen interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Education and training
- Children and young people services
- Family support services
- Health and social care sector.
- Good understanding of mixed methods research
- Good research skills, use of quantitative packages such as Excel, Stata, SNAP or R and/or qualitative packages such as NVivo
- Write reports that clearly explain analysis and results.
- Potential to influence clients, generate income, and write proposals.
- A relevant degree is preferred but not essential.
- UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
- Starting Salary of £22,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
