As we expand our digital footprint, we're seeking an enthusiastic and smart Social Media Marketing Executive to help execute our ambitious marketing strategies.

Working within the wider marketing team and outside digital agencies, you will play a key role in implementing innovative social media strategies, managing a budget, developing relationships with brands and social media influencers pitching creative ideas, and writing engaging posts aimed at enhancing our brand exposure across B2B and B2C channels.

The Role - Social Media Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for driving and amplifying brand presence with B2B and B2C customers of the P&A Group, in particular Zest, delivering compelling campaigns and collaborations cross all major social media platforms. You’ll use your passion for social listening, networking and storytelling skills to create engagement across various platforms, including, but not exclusivelyInstagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads & YouTube. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver on all aspects of social media marketing; campaign planning, budgeting, content creation, post scheduling, and responding to customer comments on all major social media platforms.
  • Ideate and pitch creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with brand identity
  • Manage your own budget to cultivate and nurture relationships with key brands and influencers, using initiative to create cost-effective effective strategies such as prize draw promotions, competitions and collaborations
  • Support with influencer outreach, negotiations and product delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Report on key metrics and outcomes of each campaign making suggestions for improvement based on insights.
  • Deliver on wider digital marketing activity such as running email marketing campaigns, and supplying content to run paid ad campaigns, and supporting internal social media communications.
  • Undertake periodic online market research, customer research, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop colleague’s competency and confidence using social media across the business.
  • Proactively engage in your own continuous development ensuring your knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments are current including changes in social media platforms

Requirements - Social Media Marketing Executive

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Passion for social media marketing, networking, and building relationships
  • A great storyteller and content creator, with a knack for crafting compelling and succinct content, and a keen eye for emerging trends in lifestyle industries
  • Delights in seeing results from delivering targeted campaigns
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with great organisational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of all major social media platforms, in particular Instagram and Facebook
  • Good foundation in social media analytic tools and platforms
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, scheduling, tracking, and data analysis
