An exciting opportunity has become available for a Social Media Assistant to take the next step in their career. Joining an exciting retail brand, you will execute customer and trade marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.

Based in West Norfolk, this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, and is offering a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Curating and conceptualising content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Developing and evolving the social media strategy to increase engagement while aligning with brand values.
  • Generating innovative campaign ideas to drive audience interaction and participation.
  • Collaborating with the team to implement marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Analysing social media marketing programs and trends to showcase return on investment, and providing regular reports to the marketing manager.

You will have/be

  • Experience and proficiency in consumer and trade marketing, including the management of customer programs, and the analysis of campaigns for future enhancements.
  • Expertise in optimising social media efficiency and creating creative social media campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisation and IT skills, and high levels or accuracy.
  • A full UK driving license.
