Social Media Manager
Location: London or Sussex
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
Work Model: Hybrid working
Reed Marketing and Creative are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in enhancing brand presence and engagement through social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics, content creation, and a results-driven mindset focused on ROI.
Day to Day of the role:
- Develop and manage the social media strategy to maximise customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Utilise social media to grow brand/company enquiries and sales, demonstrating successful past experiences.
- Create visuals, write copy, plan, and schedule social media content across various platforms.
- Identify new platforms and channels suitable for brand expansion and engagement.
- Build monthly content plans and review content performance, reporting on insights and metrics.
- Act as the Social Media ‘guru’ for the organisation, providing guidance and support to the wider Marketing team.
- Oversee and support the Marketing Executive as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and a focus on ROI.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong creative writing, copywriting skills, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
