Working within a strong entrepreneurial culture, the organisation is looking for a go-getter to drive their social media strategy and hit key business objectives.

Your new role
As the Social Media Manager, you will be focusing on their social media, including curating captivating content, fostering meaningful engagement and building a loyal online community. Turning likes into leads and followers into revenue, your expertise in organic growth and digital marketing will boost the brand's visibility. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to drive business objectives.
• Create compelling content that resonates with their target audience and sparks conversation.
• Engage with followers, respond to enquiries, and cultivate relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Identify and leverage emerging trends and platform algorithms to maximise reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimise content visibility and enhance organic search rankings.
• Generate insightful reports and analyse key metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience in a Marketing or Social Media focused role, with prior knowledge of creating content, implementing SEO best practices and analysing campaign performance. You will be a proactive individual who is able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic team.

What you'll get in return

• Salary £30,000 - 35,000 per annum
