My client is a privately-owned modern group, established over thirty years ago in King's Cross/St Pancras. The Group's portfolio comprises 3 hotels, events, meeting space, 2 restaurants and a bar.

They provide their team members with a blank canvas, ensuring they paint the guest journey through the eyes of individualism, not frameworks.

They are now looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, a bubbly and talkative individual, knowledgeable and passionate about social media and hospitality. The role is predominantly Monday to Friday based in Central London, Kings Cross.

The ideal Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the social media presence of all outlets on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Candidates must be a well-organised, creative, and well-spoken person. The role requires excellent computer skills, a degree or diploma in Marketing is preferable but not a must.

They are looking for an outgoing and proactive individual, able to add positive value to the company and to work efficiently with all heads of departments in promoting and boosting our online presence. The Social Media Manager will work to ensure each venue is advertised appropriately and its capacity is maximized.

The Social Media Manager will:

  • Report to the Director of Operations.
  • Communicate with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
  • Manage and create in-brand content for all social platforms.
  • Coordinate all social media activities efficiently within all sites.
  • Be commercially aware, and passionate about the hospitality industry; happily engaging with the team making sure the social media department is fully aware of all promotions, activities, and packages on offer.
  • Have a proactive attitude and plenty of ideas to introduce to the business.
  • Be experienced in a similar position, managing multi-outlet, for at least 2 years.

They are looking for someone comfortable with advertisement duties and content writing. The role therefore requires having an excellent command of English, a good eye for photography, and experience in using editing software.
