People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Social Media Executive.

This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.

Main Purpose:

This role is key to supporting all People’s Partnership social media activity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join People’s Partnership, a provider of The People’s Pension. As Social Media Executive, this role will own the deployment and day-to-day running of our content across all our social media channels, supporting the implementation of our new social media strategy, helping to grow and foster community on our social channels, and supporting the creation and publication of relevant, original, high-quality content through the relevant social channels.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, and sitting within the Marketing team, this role will play a role to help drive our 3-year social media roadmap, working closely with the social media manager and collaboratively with departments across the organisation to help plan and distribute engaging and targeted digital content for a range of external audiences.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • Proven experience as a social media executive or similar role.
  • Experience in creating clear, compelling and successful organic campaigns to drive engagement, understanding, and conversions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to convert complex messages into easily understandable and effective copy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly creative and imaginative with a strong eye for detail
  • Experienced skills in social media platforms including Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Hootsuite
