An international Sport & Retail company are looking for a Junior - Mid Level Social Media Executive to join their Creative Team. As custom and demand has increased over the years, they are undergoing huge levels of expansion and are currently hiring in multiple areas of Creative, Marketing & eCommerce.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about Social Media, Content Creation and has excellent communication skills.

About the role:

• Reporting into the Lead Creative and helping to manage various social media accounts with a key focus on TikTok
• Liaising with the Photographers & Videographers on shoots to produce engaging content for online channels.
• Engaging will internationally renowned Influencers, directing and motivating them on shoots to ensure that content is aesthetic.
• Planning Marketing Campaigns with a key focus on Social Media growth and Content Creation
• Researching trending topics & relevant hashtags to engage target audiences and increase social media following
• Analysing key metrics and making tweaks and changes where necessary for future content
• Working with Influencers to promote new product launches

Skills:

• Social Media Strategies / Growth (either from career or personal endeavours)
• Content Creation (Photos and Video's for Tiktok and / or Instagram)
• Able to travel to meet Athletes and Influencers
• A understanding of how to grow online followings
• Chatty and communicative
• A genuine passion for Social Media
• An interest in Fitness & Apparel

Salary: £24K-£30K DOE
