Social Media Advisor - Customer Support

Leeds City Centre

We are pleased to be working with a well known supermarket client in Leeds City Centre, this is a fantastic role if you have previous customer service experience and want to work for a rewarding business.  

This role is an ongoing temporary role initially with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You’ll be paid weekly whilst on the temporary assignment. 

What you’ll be doing - 
  • Responding to customer service queries across various social media platforms
  • Investigate any customer issues raised efficiently and to a high standard
  • Make sure company policies and procedures are followed 
  • Provide excellent customer service and always aim to provide the best customer experience

What we’re looking for -
  • Previous experience within a customer service role
  • Strong IT and typing skills as you’ll be writing responses to customers
  • Confident working in a busy environment
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Hardworking and adaptable to changes

Salary
  • £11.44 per hour paid weekly

Hours of work
  • Full time hours, working 37.5 days per week
  • Flexibility across Monday to Sunday is required
