Social Media Content Creator (Agency)

£25,000 - £30,000

Remote - based in London is a bonus

I am currently working with a digital marketing agency who are looking for a confident Social Media Content Creator to join their growing team on a remote basis.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with their clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

You must be highly confident in front of the camera, have strong knowledge about current trends on TikTok and have video editing skills (Capcut).

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media content strategies tailored to each client's objectives, audience, and industry, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and creative content, including videos, graphics, and text posts, optimised for each social platform's format and audience preferences.
  • TikTok Expertise: Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, challenges, and features, leveraging them to create viral content and maximise client reach and engagement.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, messaging, and goals, and collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and media buyers, to brainstorm ideas, develop campaigns, and ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team and clients.

  • Proven experience in content creation and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across multiple platforms, particularly TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video production, editing, and graphic design tools/software including CapCut
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport, articulate ideas, and manage expectations effectively in a remote sork environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
