Job Title: Skilled Manufacturing Team Member – Production Operative role
Norwich Sunblinds Ltd, now proudly a subsidiary company of the Anglian Home Improvements Group, is on an exciting journey of expansion throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our manufacturing team at our Attleborough manufacturing unit.
About Us:
At the forefront of our industry, Norwich Sunblinds Ltd, with the backing of Anglian Home Improvements Group, is renowned for providing high-quality, made-to-measure window blinds. In the past year alone, we have successfully installed over 10,000 products, offering solar shading for summer comfort and insulation for the winter months.
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently, as necessary
- Keen attention to detail to uphold our high manufacturing standards
- Proficiency in interpreting written works orders
- Accurate measurement skills and comfort working with the metric system
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Comfortable using an industrial sewing machine is beneficial
- Positive and friendly attitude
