Here at Spalding, we have a team of around 540 colleagues. We produce coleslaw, potato salad, salad bar bulk products (2kg), pasta salads and couscous/grains for some of the biggest retailers in the UK including Morrisons, Co-op, Asda, Aldi, Sainsbury's, Nando's and Pizza Hut.

What you'll be doing:

We are currently looking for Skilled Factory Operatives to work in our factory in Spalding. The department you may be working in are Filling, Packing or Deli.

- Red Shift: Wednesday-Saturday week 1 / Thursday-Saturday week 2 06:00-18:00 at £12.13

- Blue Shift: Sunday-Wednesday week 1 / Sunday-Tuesday week 2 06:00-18:00 at £12.13

As a Skilled Factory Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring due diligence is followed and have a right first-time approach. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.

What we're looking for:

- Essential - previous experience working in a food factory (Ideally salads)

- Good level of English & Maths

- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene

- Ability to work unsupervised
