Our Client are a market leader in the Utility Sector whilst still maintaining a family run company. An exciting opportunity has arisen  for a suitably qualified and experienced Site Technician to join our growing team.

Works will involve a mixture of working away, Monday – Friday throughout England and Scotland as well as yard work based in Hull.

The key responsibilities involve:

· Tank & vessel cleaning

· Liaising with site personnel

· Site and yard preparation

· Adhere to all Health and Safety processes

· Following instruction from Site Supervisor and Senior Management.

The successful candidate must be willing to work away Monday – Friday throughout England & Scotland. Please note this will not be required every week as it is based around each project's needs.

Starting salary: £33,800. Weekday overtime paid at 1.25x and optional weekend works paid at 1.5x.

Education & Qualifications:

  • · Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
  • · 5 GCSE's from A-C (Desirable)
  • · Confined Spaces certification (Desirable however training can be provided)
  • · EUSR SHEA Gas Card (Desirable however training can be provided)
  • · Any other site related qualifications/tickets (Desirable)
  • Experience:
  • · Experience working on an industrial site or similar profession.
  • · Problem solving and decision making.
  • · Operating site-specific tools and equipment.
  • · Following site specific health and safety protocols.
  • · Carrying out everyday yard duties.
