Position Overview:

As a Site supervisor within my client’s business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the fabrication, fit-out, and installation of our premium staircases. You will work closely with our talented team of craftsmen, ensuring that each project meets our exacting standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring precise execution of design specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to onsite personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to resolve any technical or logistical challenges that may arise.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of project milestones, expenditures, and quality control measures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fabrication and fit-out, preferably within the construction or architectural industries.
• SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needs.
