This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join a market leading company who are leaders in their industry and will support you in upskilling in their sector, gaining formal qualifications, and having a long-term scope to progress into Contracts Management.

This company are a well-established Contractor who operate throughout the South West of England alongside a number of the major housebuilders. They are currently going from strength to strength and have exciting plans over the next few years. As a result, they are now looking for an additional Site Supervisor to join their team.

Reporting to the Contracts Manger you will be responsible for a variety of sites across Somerset. You will be office based once a week and then conducting site visits to check on progress and carry out pre/mid and sign-off inspections. The company can put you through SSSTS / SMSTS courses and help you to gain an NVQ in Construction Management. For the right candidate, opportunities to progress into a Contracts Management role are available.

This role would ideally suit someone with a trade background looking to come off the tools and step into a supervisory role for a company who value and invest in their staff. Any previous supervisory experience would be beneficial but it is not essential for this role.
