Are you an experienced Site Supervisor (Electrical AP) looking for your next role? Finlay Jude Associates are working with a leading company who specialise in providing solutions across the water, and wastewater industry
 
As a Site Supervisor (Electrical AP) you will supervise and control all Electrical site activities in the most efficient manner, within the contract time without risk to the health and safety of all concerned, ensuring a quality installation as the work progresses. 
 
The role will be based in East Sussex.
 
The role will be working Monday to Friday.
 
What you’ll be doing as a Site Supervisor (Electrical AP): 
  • Supervision of Site Electrical installations
  • Attend site inductions
  • Ensuring a high-quality product is being produced in line with current standards and specifications.
  • Verification of new electrical systems
  • Safe isolation of LV electrical systems
  • Monitor supply chain performance
  • Review and monitor supplier inspection and test plans ensuring they are up to date
  • Attend collaborative planning meetings and have an active role in developing site delivery programmes
  • Ensure electrical safety rules are adhered to and supporting documentation is produced in line with CMDP electrical safety rules
  • Carry out regular electrical safety inspections and electrical isolations on temporary and permanent equipment
  • Hold 1:1’s with Supply Chain Supervisors as required
  • Assist with compilation of project takeover documentation
  • Issue limitation of access permits
  • Keep a daily diary of site activities
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Experience in the Water Industry
  • Appointed Person Status
  • FAAW
  • ECS card
  • C&G 2330 or 2360 in electrical installations
  • NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations
  • IEE 18th edition wiring regs
  • 2391 Test and Inspect (Preferred)
