Site Operative / Labourer

• Full time, permanent
• (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• £12.50 per hour dependent on experience

About the Role:

As a Site Operative / Labourer for Storage Tank Services, you'll play a crucial role in various on-site operations and ensure efficient yard and stock management.

Your duties will include:

• Undertaking site work and installations
• Managing yard and stock efficiently
• Performing tank and pipework installations, decommissioning and disposals
• Undertaking works to gauging, alarms and other systems
• Handling waste management tasks
• Executing other general duties as required

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone ready to build their career and grow with us, the successful person will ideally have (not essential as training will be provided) the following:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Manual handling and working at height expertise
• Health and safety awareness (CSCS)
• Forklift operation skills (training available)
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools
• Gas cutting and/or welding experience (training provided)
• UK driving license (HGV Class 2 advantageous but not essential)
• Willingness to work, self-motivated and some limited working away (Infrequently)
