As a Site Manager you will deliver a range of planned building and M&E refurbishment projects. This means supervising and coordinating specialist subcontractors to achieve project deliverables related to time, cost, and quality. In addition, all projects must be delivered to the highest health and safety standards therefore knowledge of CDM and health and safety legislation is a fundamental requirement.

You will also ensure compliance with the company’s procedures and processes, making sure projects are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimum disruption to Services and the Customer.

You should be technically competent, with the ability to think analytically in a logical and systematic manner which shows a structured approach to organising work. Some of this work includes, preparing the Construction Phase Plan and reviewing and approving Risk Assessment and Method Statements from subcontractors.

Ready to join the team?

You must have a Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.

And though not essential, it would be nice to have an HNC/HND, a degree in engineering, building construction or facilities management, or at the very least an NVQ qualification and significant previous experience in a building, civil, M&E and or FM

Experience in building, civil, M&E and or Facilities Management and delivering multi-funded projects will also be a plus, as well as a fully valid UK Driving licence.

Salary - Dependent on experience
