Established housing developer with exciting growth plans operating across the East, Lincolnshire and the Midlands with some projects further afield.

Your new role
Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Site Manager to oversee one of their developments in the Boston area, reporting into the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for a project of 60+ units.
As part of the role you will be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers well as utility providers, ensuring that building methods align with build quality and programme targets and that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
As well as this you will ensure Health & Safety is to the highest standard and aligns with the company policy as well as implementing training as and when required on the site.
You must also ensure the quality, compliance and the customer journey is maintained to the highest standard and in line with NHBC standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working on similar size schemes with a proven track record of delivering projects to the highest standard
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
