Acorn by Syniergie is looking for a Site Manager in the Herefordshire (HR1) area for 1 weeks cover work on a housing site.

This will be starting next Wednesday - the 25th of April.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, First aid, CSCS
  • Proven track record on housing construction projects.

Duties:

  • Management of subcontractors.
  • Oversight of build program and budget.
  • Site meetings with line manager.
  • Maintain site paperwork.
  • Overall responsibility of health and safety.
  • Management of materials and labour.
  • Site level problem solving and provide solutions.

The pay rate will be £30 to £32 per hour.
