Site Manager - North London - New build Residential

A main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build RC frame residential project in North London. The project is currently at internal fit out stage (1st Fix) and started on site last year, PC will be early 2025.

The successful site manager will be required to oversee sites as a stand alone manager organising relevant internal trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.

Main duties will include:

  • Setting out and checking works as required for the project
  • Undertaking daily inductions
  • Maintaining a site diary
  • Undertaking pre pour check for concrete pours
  • Undertaking certain environmental monitoring requirements (specific training will be provided)
  • Undertaking weekly checks and completing a task list as outlined by the Project Manager
  • Checking setting out instruments weekly/monthly
  • Resolve setting out queries and raise necessary RFI's in relation to these.
  • General responsibility for site safety
  • Management of section 278 works
