A dynamic, prestigious construction company, in the heart of Central London, is seeking an experienced Site Manager, to work on an exciting build in Fulham

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be at the forefront of a number of intricate and high-value fit-outs across Central London.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning to final execution. Your responsibilities will include project planning, team leadership, budget management, and client liaison, all carried out with an unwavering commitment to excellence. The first project you'll be working on, is a conversion from a Grade 2 listed building, into a new pub, whilst undertaking the position of number one on site.

The incoming Site Manager will be joining at the perfect time to get involved and lead a number of complex, high-end office fit out schemes, with fantastic opportunity for long term progression and development into a more Senior Site Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

The Project Manager:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a Main Contractor
  • High-end / Fit Out Project experience is ideal
  • Construction related qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and client facing

In Return:
