Acorn by Synergie is looking for a Senior Site Manager in the Tewkesbury area, for a tier 1 contractor. This will be for 18 months work on a large commercial development.

Starting in April, but you will need to be available for an interview as soon as possible.

Rate will be between £300 and £330 per day.

Must have experience with a Tier 1 contractor, have worked on a project over £10 million and have commercial project experience.

Duties:

  • Management of subcontractors
  • Oversight of build program and budget
  • Site meetings with line manager
  • Maintain site paperwork
  • Overall responsibility of health and safety
  • Management of materials and labour
  • Site level problem solving and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, First aid, CSCS
  • Proven track record on commercial construction projects
  • New Build experience
